Purposely Chosen Program Facilitator

The Purposely Chosen Teen Enrichment Program is one of the organization’s three
main programming arms. The program is a facilitated curriculum-based program for
teen girls (ages 13-18) that was designed by Limitless Ambition to equip girls with
the tools they need to pursue passion, demonstrate leadership, and overcome
obstacles they may face. We are currently hiring Program Facilitators to facilitate this
program to teen girls.

Position Description

  • Develop and revise program curriculum and format for teen programs and workshops

  • Facilitate Teen Enrichment Programs for program participants

  • Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with school administrators

  • Oversee all teen engagement platforms (GroupMe, Instagram, etc.)

  • Evaluate effectiveness of programs; Develop and implement strategies to improve programs

  • Serve as a Limitless Ambition Brand Ambassador by exhibiting punctuality, brand integrity, and being a positive role model

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director

Time Commitment and Expectations

  • Commit to a full Teen Program (Typically is 1 hour a week for 10 weeks)

  • Ability to travel to schools (Limitless Ambition will cover gas costs)

  • Complete a Limitless Ambition Facilitator Training

  • Commit to 2 - 3 Program Planning Sessions and Monthly Check-Ins

  • Complete Background Check (Funded by Limitless Ambition)

Compensation

  • All Program Facilitators will receive a Stipend per School Site

Director of Operations

 

Overview of Responsibilities and Duties:

​We’re seeking a Director of Operations (Part-Time) to support the smooth functioning of our programs, events, and donor engagement initiatives. This role combines marketing, event coordination, and administrative support, requiring approximately 20 hours per month, with flexibility during event-heavy periods.

Position Expectations​

  • Marketing & Communications: Manage social media accounts, create newsletters, and design marketing materials.

  • Program & Event Support: Coordinate logistics for signature events like the Ladies of Legacy Gala and Back to School Beauty Bash.

  • Donor Management: Maintain the donor database, generate reports, and send thank-you messages.

  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, document procedures, and manage organizational tools.

​

Time Commitments

  • 20 hours per month (about 5 hours per week)

  • Attendance at signature events (Ladies of Legacy Gala, Pearls for Little Girls Mother's Day Brunch, Back to School Beauty Bash, Fields of Purple, etc). 

​

Compensation:

  • $25/hour (negotiable).
